What is ErgoFriend?
ErgoFriend is a desktop app that schedules breaks and guides quick stretches and ergonomic setup.
Background
Since COVID-19, more people work from home and spend longer hours seated, which leads to strain injuries, lower productivity, and higher costs. At home it’s harder to keep a consistent break routine and get up to move. ErgoFriend tackles this by scheduling breaks and offering simple, actionable guidance.
